Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physician to join our dynamic team in Dubai within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees while also contributing to the development of health-related policies and programs that align with the organization's goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various medical conditions.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings to monitor employee health and identify potential health issues.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate health promotion and disease prevention programs that enhance employee wellness.
- Collaborate with HR and management to design workplace health initiatives that align with corporate objectives and enhance employee productivity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on occupational health and safety, providing guidance on best practices and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Offer consultation and support to employees regarding mental health, lifestyle changes, and work-related stress management.
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and trends in occupational health to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Participate in health-related workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote awareness and education among employees.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and health practitioners within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on occupational health or corporate medicine preferred.
- Strong understanding of local healthcare regulations and workplace health standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement health programs and initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a corporate or financial services setting is highly desirable.
- Certification in Occupational Medicine or related fields will be considered an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Arabic and English.
