We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain, specializing in the Energy sector. The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various energy projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives in line with organizational goals and objectives
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of energy projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and industry partners
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional development
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the energy sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role
- Proven experience managing energy projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of energy regulations and industry standards
