We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Research Director to lead our Information Technology research team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT research, with proven experience in managing research projects and teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Information Technology research team, providing guidance and direction to ensure research projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and implement research strategies to address key IT challenges and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify research priorities and opportunities for collaboration
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Manage the research budget and resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of research projects
- Present research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and clients
- Mentor and coach research team members to support their professional development and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
