Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our team in the education sector based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational leadership, team management, and a passion for fostering an engaging learning environment. The Senior Team Lead will play a crucial role in supporting our educational initiatives, overseeing a dedicated team of educators, and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of educators to achieve departmental goals. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.

- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with curriculum specialists to develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that meet the diverse needs of students.

- Professional Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their teaching skills and methodologies.

- Student Support: Ensure that all students receive appropriate support through effective teaching strategies and interventions. Work closely with educators to address any student concerns or challenges.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to promote the educational programs and initiatives. Foster partnerships that enhance educational opportunities.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze student performance data to assess the effectiveness of teaching strategies. Prepare reports for management and recommend necessary adjustments to improve educational outcomes.

- Policy Implementation: Ensure that all educational policies and procedures are adhered to within the team. Stay updated on educational best practices and regulatory changes.

- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet educational objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of successful team management and development.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum design, assessment methods, and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
