We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles such as software developers, data analysts, and IT professionals
