We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Voice Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems for our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining voice communication systems, including PBX systems, VoIP technologies, and SIP trunking
- Configuring and troubleshooting voice networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate voice systems with other IT systems
- Providing technical support and guidance to junior voice engineers
- Conducting regular system audits and security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve voice communication systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience in voice engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of PBX systems, VoIP technologies, and SIP trunking
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and other voice platforms
- Solid understanding of network protocols and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
