We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workforce Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning and analysis within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels for various construction projects
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for efficiency and cost savings
- Collaborate with project managers and HR to forecast staffing needs and create hiring plans
- Monitor and track workforce metrics, such as turnover rates, productivity, and labor costs
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on workforce analytics for senior management
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices in workforce planning and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in workforce planning and analysis, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
