We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Service Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT service desk, ensuring that all user requests and incidents are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of service desk technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement service desk policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Monitor service desk performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Ensure that all service desk tickets are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed upon SLAs
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for service desk staff
- Act as a point of escalation for unresolved issues and customer complaints
- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and implement IT service management best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in IT service desk management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
