We are seeking a talented and creative Set Designer Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, with a background in set design or a related field within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Set Designer in creating and designing sets for various projects within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Collaborating with the production team to bring the designer's vision to life
- Researching and sourcing materials, props, and furniture for set construction
- Assisting with set construction, painting, and other hands-on tasks as needed
- Maintaining and organizing the set design workshop and inventory
- Providing support during rehearsals and performances to ensure the set meets the designer's specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in set design, theater production, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in set design or a related role within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset
