Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support the Social Media Coordinator in developing and implementing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our educational community. This position is perfect for someone passionate about education and proficient in various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Support the development of a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives, key events, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and inquiries, responding in a timely manner to foster community engagement.
- Help analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track growth and engagement, providing insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals across all social media platforms.
- Research and suggest new social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our social media efforts.
- Assist in organizing and promoting online events, webinars, and educational campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
- Support the Social Media Coordinator in executing advertising campaigns on social media platforms to promote educational programs and services.
- Engage with followers and create a positive and interactive online community, encouraging user-generated content and testimonials.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for new content and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the growth of the educational community in Abu Dhabi.
