Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Operations Manager to lead our social media strategies and initiatives within the manufacturing sector. This role is critical in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving business objectives through innovative social media practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and enhances our online presence in the manufacturing sector.

- Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing interactions to enhance customer relationships and brand loyalty.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Use insights to adjust strategies and improve engagement and reach.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to promote new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

- Policy Development: Establish and enforce social media policies and best practices to maintain brand integrity and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
