We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve desired results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in social media management, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
