Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Architect Assistant to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Software Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that enhance our real estate operations and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and architecture principles, coupled with a passion for technology and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Software Architect in designing scalable and robust software architectures tailored to the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of software applications, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing systems.
- Assist in the creation of detailed documentation for software architecture, design patterns, and technical specifications.
- Support the Software Architect in reviewing code and providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during software development and implementation.
- Participate in design and code reviews, contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Stay updated on the latest software tools and methodologies relevant to the real estate industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in software development or software architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A keen interest in the real estate industry and an understanding of its unique software needs is preferred.
