Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support for our proprietary software solutions tailored to the real estate industry. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a solid understanding of real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support for software applications used by real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues reported by users, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct software training sessions for new users and provide ongoing training for existing users to enhance their proficiency.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and report software bugs and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the implementation of software updates and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Monitor software performance and user feedback to proactively identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
- Provide insights and feedback to management regarding user needs and software enhancements based on market trends and user experiences.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in software support or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications and understanding of software development processes.
- Strong knowledge of real estate management software, CRM systems, and property management tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with database management and basic SQL queries is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
