We are currently seeking a Special Education Teacher Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the real estate industry and a passion for supporting students with special needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Special Education Teacher in implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Provide support to students with disabilities in the classroom, ensuring their academic and social success
- Collaborate with the Special Education Teacher and other members of the education team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Special Education Teacher
- Assist with classroom management and behavior intervention strategies
- Support students with daily tasks and activities, including personal care and hygiene as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders about student progress and needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- [X] years of experience working in a similar role in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students with disabilities
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
