Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Special Projects Manager to join our team in Dubai's thriving retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and improving the overall customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize special projects that will drive growth and operational efficiency within the retail business.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT, to ensure successful project implementation and integration into existing operations.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation within the retail sector.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support for project initiatives.

- Performance Measurement: Develop and implement metrics to measure project performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial objectives.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on project status, challenges, and outcomes.

- Change Management: Facilitate change management processes related to project implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).

- Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
