We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach Assistant to join our pharmaceutical company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of sports coaching principles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing training programs for athletes
- Provide support during training sessions and competitions
- Monitor and evaluate athlete performance to identify areas for improvement
- Help maintain equipment and facilities used for training
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches
- Assist in organizing and coordinating team events and activities
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in sports coaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sports coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of sports medicine and injury prevention techniques
- Experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- UAE driving license is preferred
