We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong background in program management within the consumer goods industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sports operations programs to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sports events and activities
- Manage the budget for sports operations programs and ensure all expenses are within allocated funds
- Monitor and evaluate the success of sports programs through KPIs and metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and sponsors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sports operations programs
- Lead a team of sports operations specialists to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues during sports events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in sports operations program management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing sports events and activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
