We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong background in program management within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sports operations programs to enhance employee engagement and promote a healthy lifestyle within the organization
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sports events and activities
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize program impact
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the sports program offerings
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during sports activities
- Lead a team of sports coordinators and volunteers to deliver high-quality programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in program management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of sports operations and event planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus
