Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the staffing needs of our healthcare facility, ensuring that we have qualified and skilled personnel to provide exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Coordination:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and healthcare networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Onboarding and Training:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training programs.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are completed prior to the start date.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of onboarding materials and training resources.

- Staff Scheduling:
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all departments, taking into account shifts, leaves, and emergencies.
- Monitor attendance and address any staffing challenges, coordinating with management to find solutions.
- Utilize scheduling software to optimize workforce management.

- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of employee files, certifications, and training completion.
- Prepare and analyze staffing reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies related to staffing and human resources.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding scheduling, recruitment, and HR policies.
- Work closely with HR and management teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing or human resources, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, staffing processes, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
