We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor to join our team in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization and processing of medical instruments and equipment in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of sterile processing technicians to ensure the timely and efficient sterilization of medical instruments and equipment
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sterilization and processing of medical devices
- Maintain records and documentation related to sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Train new employees on proper sterilization techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of sterile processing supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Perform quality control checks on sterilized instruments and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in sterile processing or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a sterile processing role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
