We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile processing techniques and practices, with experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization of medical and surgical instruments using autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and other sterilization equipment
- Inspect, assemble, and package sterile instruments and equipment according to established protocols and guidelines
- Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in the inventory management of sterile supplies and equipment
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and guidelines to prevent the spread of infections
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure efficient and effective sterile processing services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sterilization activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Sterile Processing Technician (preferred)
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sterile processing in a healthcare or aerospace and defense setting
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
