Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of our real estate store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
- Assist customers in understanding our real estate offerings, providing information about properties, prices, and services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for clients visiting the store.

2. Administrative Support:
- Support the Store Manager in daily administrative tasks, including inventory management, record keeping, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional displays to enhance store visibility.
- Maintain an organized filing system for property listings, client interactions, and sales reports.

3. Sales Assistance:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Assist in conducting property viewings and open houses, providing prospective buyers with relevant property information.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to help create strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.

4. Operations Management:
- Help oversee the store’s operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reordering supplies as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store environment.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to promote a cohesive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions for new staff members and assist in onboarding processes.
- Contribute ideas for team meetings to enhance store performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with real estate management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
