We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our agricultural store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural operations and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the store, including inventory management, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Lead and motivate a team of store staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to optimize store performance
- Oversee store maintenance and cleanliness to create a welcoming and safe environment for customers and staff
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in store operations management, preferably in the agricultural industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of agricultural products and practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
