Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store operations management within the healthcare industry. As a Store Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet the needs of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store operations strategies to optimize efficiency and drive business growth
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Lead a team of store operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals
- Develop and implement training programs for store staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards for safety and security
- Monitor and report on store operations performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in store operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
