We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our agricultural store, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking and ordering of products to ensure adequate supply
- Manage store sales, including processing transactions, handling cash, and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, such as promotions, displays, and events
- Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory data, and other key performance indicators to track store performance and make informed decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of agricultural products and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
