We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Store Detective to join our team in Dubai. The Store Detective will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our pharmaceutical store, as well as preventing theft and loss of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular patrols of the store to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
2. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats.
3. Work closely with store management to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
4. Investigate any incidents of theft or fraud, gather evidence, and report findings to management.
5. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to resolve security issues and apprehend suspects.
6. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any security-related concerns.
7. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report on security performance to management.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role, preferably in a retail or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of security systems and procedures.
- Valid security license or certification is preferred.
