We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping/receiving
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize stock shortages
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training and support as needed
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols in the warehouse
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
