We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure effective store management
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as needed
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store staff, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and sales initiatives
- Work closely with the finance department to manage store budgets and expenses effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
