We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Strategic Assistant in the Energy sector in Al Ain. The Strategic Assistant will work closely with senior management to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Energy sector
- Assisting in the development of strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Supporting senior management in decision-making processes by providing relevant data and insights
- Coordinating and organizing meetings, workshops, and other strategic planning activities
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives and providing regular updates to senior management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategic plans
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role in the Energy sector
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
