Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance our brand presence, engage our stakeholders, and support our business objectives in the rapidly evolving Information Technology landscape. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Create compelling content for various channels including press releases, blog posts, social media, newsletters, and internal communications, ensuring relevance to target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and IT, to gather insights and promote new initiatives, products, and services effectively.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor communications, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and communication tactics.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community stakeholders to promote positive coverage of the company and its initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and other public relations activities to enhance the company's visibility and engagement with key audiences.
- Train and support internal teams on best practices for communication, messaging, and brand representation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns through metrics and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all communications adhere to branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related role within the Information Technology sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital communication platforms, social media, and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
