We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Substance Abuse Counselor in the field of Agriculture, you will be responsible for providing counseling and support services to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues within the agricultural community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the level of substance abuse and develop personalized treatment plans for clients within the agricultural sector.
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to address underlying issues contributing to substance abuse.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Educating clients on the effects of substance abuse on physical and mental health, as well as providing resources for recovery and relapse prevention.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to promote successful recovery.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed or certified Substance Abuse Counselor.
- [Random number] years of experience working in substance abuse counseling within the agricultural sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods for substance abuse.
