We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, helping them overcome addiction and lead healthier lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the extent of an individual's substance abuse issues
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on the individual's needs and goals
- Providing individual and group counseling sessions to support clients in their recovery journey
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support services to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Educating clients and their families on the effects of substance abuse and the benefits of treatment
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in substance abuse counseling
- Strong understanding of addiction, recovery, and mental health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
