Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Analyst Assistant to join our dynamic team in the agriculture sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the supply chain department in optimizing processes and improving the efficiency of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the analysis of supply chain data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supplier performance metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of agricultural products.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Help maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track the movement of goods throughout the supply chain.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, highlighting supply chain performance and suggesting actionable insights.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.
- Support the execution of supply chain projects and initiatives, providing administrative and analytical assistance as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the agricultural supply chain.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years to 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a related role, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of agricultural products and market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
