Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai’s thriving Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure that our products and services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and oversee supply chain activities from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts and manage performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for efficient stock management, reducing excess inventory and minimizing stockouts.
- Order Processing: Manage the order fulfillment process, including order entry, processing, tracking, and shipment. Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to assess supply chain performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including logistics, procurement, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the supply chain.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the supply chain. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in logistics management and inventory optimization.
- Familiarity with international shipping processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
