Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Supply Chain Operations Program Manager to join our growing team in the retail sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management principles to drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and optimize our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead and manage supply chain initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet deadlines and deliver results.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the supply chain operations. Utilize data-driven analysis to propose and implement solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and retail operations, to ensure seamless supply chain execution. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and communication.

- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance. Analyze metrics regularly and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts. Develop strategies for effective demand forecasting and inventory replenishment.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in supply chain management.

- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on supply chain best practices and project management methodologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the supply chain team.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance, project status, and areas for improvement. Communicate effectively to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or operations, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain projects and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and demand planning is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
