We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Survey Methodologist Assistant to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have experience in survey research, data collection and analysis, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of survey methodologies to gather data for research projects
- Coordinate survey logistics, including participant recruitment, data collection, and data entry
- Conduct quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of survey data to generate insights and recommendations
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing survey findings for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current on best practices in survey research and contribute to the continuous improvement of survey methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, social sciences, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in survey research or a related field
- Proficiency in survey software and data analysis tools (e.g. SPSS, Qualtrics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
