We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist Assistant in our retail organization based in Al Ain. The Sustainability Specialist Assistant will work closely with the Sustainability Specialist to implement sustainability initiatives and strategies throughout our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sustainability Specialist in developing and implementing sustainability goals and strategies for the organization.
- Conduct research on sustainability best practices and industry trends to support the development of sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key sustainability performance indicators, such as energy consumption, waste management, and carbon emissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into day-to-day operations.
- Support the development and implementation of sustainability training programs for employees.
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the organization in obtaining and maintaining sustainability certifications and accreditations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related field.
- Knowledge of sustainability best practices and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
