We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist Assistant in our Consumer Goods company based in Al Ain. The Sustainability Specialist Assistant will work closely with the Sustainability Specialist to assist in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and strategies within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Support in developing and implementing sustainability programs and initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices in product development, packaging, and supply chain operations.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing data related to sustainability metrics and performance.
- Help in preparing reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sustainability to ensure the company remains at the forefront of sustainable practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
- [Number] years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
