We are seeking a motivated and experienced Swim Coach to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The Swim Coach will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting swim training sessions for employees to promote health and wellness within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement swim training programs for employees of all skill levels
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to improve swimming techniques
- Organize and supervise swim meets and competitions for employees
- Maintain a safe and clean swimming environment
- Monitor and track progress of swimmers
- Collaborate with other wellness coaches to promote overall employee health and wellness

Requirements:
- Certified Swim Coach with a minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching
- Strong knowledge of swim training techniques and coaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of all skill levels
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
