We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swim Instructor Assistant in Dubai. The Swim Instructor Assistant will work closely with our experienced swim instructors to provide top-quality swimming lessons to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist swim instructors in teaching swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during lessons
- Help set up and maintain equipment for swimming lessons
- Provide feedback and support to swimmers to help them improve their skills
- Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling and organizing swimming lessons
- Maintain a clean and organized swimming area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in swimming instruction or coaching is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different swimming strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
