We are seeking a Systems Administrator Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Systems Administrator Assistant will work closely with the Systems Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with any IT-related queries
- Assist in implementing security measures to protect the organization's systems and data
- Collaborate with the Systems Administrator to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
