We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process for various positions within the organization and provide support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is up to date
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings
- Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a recruiting or HR role
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
