Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent management strategies and operational excellence, with a proven track record in driving talent initiatives and optimizing HR processes. This role is pivotal in enhancing our talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor practices to identify opportunities for attracting high-quality candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

2. Talent Development:
- Design and implement talent development programs that foster employee growth and career progression.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and develop training initiatives that align with organizational needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of development programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

3. Operational Excellence:
- Streamline HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in talent operations.
- Utilize HR analytics to track and report on key talent metrics, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain a talent operations dashboard to monitor the performance of recruitment and talent development initiatives.

4. Employee Engagement:
- Partner with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement surveys and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze employee feedback and develop action plans to address areas of concern, driving continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organization.

5. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and HR operations.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in talent management, HR operations, or a related field, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and talent development programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software and tools.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in the UAE.
