We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our construction company based in Abu Dhabi. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Manage the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax
- Conduct tax research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Review financial statements and provide guidance on tax implications
- Provide guidance and support to the finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters
- Assist in tax audits and inquiries from local tax authorities
- Monitor and analyze tax implications of business transactions and recommend tax-efficient structures
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in tax management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in tax compliance and planning
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
