We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential tax savings opportunities
- Assist with tax audits and respond to tax authorities as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tax advice and support on business transactions and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact the company
- Prepare and maintain tax records and documentation in an organized and efficient manner

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or other relevant certification is preferred

- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
