We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Technical Instructor to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, with a focus on technical aspects such as building maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for real estate professionals, property managers, and maintenance staff
- Create engaging and informative course materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
- Conduct hands-on training sessions to demonstrate best practices for building maintenance and repair
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building technology
- Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate technical challenges in their day-to-day work
- Collaborate with other instructors and industry experts to enhance the overall training program
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a technical role within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in teaching or instructional design is a plus
