Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff and clients in resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technology solutions and upgrades
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of systems
- Train staff on proper use of technology and software applications
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
- Monitor and respond to IT tickets and requests in a timely manner
- Document all technical processes and procedures for reference

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
