We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Assistant to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of telemarketing campaigns, generating leads, and promoting our pharmaceutical products and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the Sales team
- Provide information about our products and services to potential clients
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve targets and objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
