We are seeking a skilled and professional Telephone Operator to join our team in Ajman. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for managing all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information to callers and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person
- Maintaining a log of all incoming calls and messages
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

This is a full-time position based in Ajman, UAE. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
